Bulldog" was once a warrior Autobot who fought in World War I. Now he suffers from "robot dementia", still thinking it's the war, and bits crumble off him when he transforms. He guards Edmund Burton's castle and transforms into a Mark IV tank.

Bulldog was active in the Great War, where his exploits were documented and covered up by the Order of the Witwiccans. In the present day, Bulldog—his physical and mental facilities now severely degraded—was one of the several elderly Autobots that had come under the care of Sir Edmund Burton in the United Kingdom.
When Bumblebee and Cade Yeager arrived on the premises, Bulldog mistook the two for enemies and fired on them. Burton reminded him that they got some guests, and Bulldog transformed while bemoaning his poor physical condition, his bits are falling because he has "robot dementia".

- Bulldog's feet were reused models of Revenge of the Fallen Megatron.
- Bulldog is the fourth Transformers character to be voiced by Mark Ryan. The first is TF1 Bumblebee, the second is Jetfire, the Third is Lockdown and the Fifth is Lieutenant.
- It is unknown weather he went back to Cybertron or not.
