Dylan Gould is the CEO of Hotchkiss Gould Investments. He's also Carly Spencer's boss who's also secretly working with the Decepticons.
History[]
At some point, his father met with Decepticons Soundwave and Laserbeak around the time of the 1969 Ark investigation. This is likely when his family started working with the Decepticons.
While he is an ally to the Decepticons, his real motives are that he just wants to survive and is willing to ally with any organization no matter how shady they are if it means saving his own life.
During the Battle of Chicago, Dylan fights with Sam over control of one of the Five Pillars that activates the Space Bridge between Earth and Cybertron. He manages to activate it but Sam manages to push him into the pillar electrocuting him. He is only able to scream before he falls to the ground dead, it's unknown if his body was recovered after the battle.
Alternative Timeline[]
In the universal alternate timeline of live action movie series based on third film, Dylan and his ally responsible activating the space bridges which brings more Decepticons on Earth. However, his plan ended failure, when the Autobot prisoners break free thanks to the help of the Dinobots. As results of this, Dylan and his allies eventually arrested and was sentence to jail for this crimes.

- The German Voice Actor Boris Tessmann who was the german Voice of Dylan Gould in the German Dub of Transformers: Dark of the Moon voiced in the Live Action Movies Transformers: The Last Knight and Bumblebee the Autobot Bumblebee.
- In the Novelization of Dark of the Moon after Sam pushed Dylan into the pillar, Dylan explodes into ash rather than getting electrocuted and falling to the ground dead.
- Despite Age of Extinction features more human villains such as Harold Attinger and James Savoy, Dylan Gould is still considered as the only human villain allied to the Decepticons as the motive of the Cemetery Wind was tricking the Autobots to hunt down the Decepticons before the Autobots themselves were being hunted.
