It is the Starship of the Knights of Iacon. It has different shapes compared to Knights' Temenos Ship.

Transformers: The Last Knight[]
The ship was used by Guardian Knights at some point when they're arrived on Earth. Following aftermath final battle on Cybertron, the ship was used again by the Knights to returning back to their homeworld.
