In a remote jungle area, Mindwipe hypnotized Jack and interrogated him about the location of some Energon. Without moving his lips, Jack said that Ratchet and Sideswipe were transporting the Energon over a mountain road to a more secure location. Mindwipe threw Jack to the ground and took off after the Energon. Jack didn't look to be in very good shape.

Jack's name is visible on his name tag. If he is in the military, then "Jack" is probably his last name.
