Leitch is a NEST officer stationed at the NEST Rapid Response Base in Nevada. He is one of General Marcus's aides.

Leitch burst into a briefing General Marcus was holding and reported that Hyperdynamix was under attack by Decepticons. After putting through a call from Alexander Porter, he was instructed by Marcus to get clearance for Kevin Bowman and Gears so the pair could visit the base laboratory.
