Lennox's Lieutenant is now the one whom Colonel Lennox gives the orders to, seeing as Epps went and left NEST. He is tall.

Transformers: Dark of the Moon[]
The lieutenant was on Lennox's team when they investigated Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant and located an artifact that turned out to be a piece from the Ark. They returned to NEST headquarters in Washington, D.C. where the lieutenant watched at NASA briefing about the Moon missions. He was standing near Sam and Carly as Optimus Prime resurrected Sentinel Prime. After Sentinel revealed his true colors, Lennox ordered his lieutenant to rally their forces back to the base. The lieutenant later reported that Sentinel had taken the Pillars from the NEST vault.
Following the Decepticon invasion, the lieutenant accompanied Lennox to Grissom Air Force Base where they monitored the situation in Chicago. He was among those who volunteered to venture into the city with Lennox, and subsequently used wingsuits and parachutes to reach the ground in Chicago. The team rendezvoused with Epps and his team, already in the city. The combined forces found the Decepticons and Lennox, the lieutenant, and the rest of Lennox's team parachuted onto the enemy from a nearby building. After a rolling battle along a city street, the Autobots and NEST forces managed to defeat the Decepticons. The lieutenant and other NEST soldiers joined Optimus on the bridge where Sentinel and Megatron lay defeated.
