The Lensmeter Decepticons are a group of miniscule Decepticons much like the better-known Scalpel. They primarily serve as medics attempting to repair Megatron's head damage wound, following aftermath his battle against Jetpower Optimus in Egypt.
Unlike the original Scalpel however, Lensmeter Decepticons rarely speaks, instead they're only gibberish or grunts.
History[]
Several years after the Fallen's demise, Megatron bred the Doctors from arachnoid-type hatchlings in the hopes of repairing his head injury. At the Decepticon camp, the Doctors are seen busy repairing Megatron's head wound. And when Starscream came and commented on his opinion about Megatron's current bad situation, Megatron felt angry and knocked one of them down with his hand. Megatron then ordered one of them to continue their operation on his head wound using his finger, before finally killing one of them by squeezed it with his fingers.
Later on, Megatron is sitting accompanied by doctors who are crawling and helping to heal Megatron's head wound which becomes irritated, due to Sentinel's treatment towards him which wounded his head, thus caused his head wound got worse infection. They also saw Carly, when Carly came to Megatron to tell him the truth about Sentinel's betrayal. What happened to them is unknown, but implied have been attached in one of Megatron's body parts, when Megatron fought against Sentinel Prime in Chicago.
