In response to the attack of SOCCENT base in Qatar and the hacking of Air Force One, the President sent Navy's fleets across international waters as a precaution to the events.
The President later ordered S-7 Director Thomas Banachek to debrief Secretary of Defense John Keller on Sector Seven and its purpose, and the true threat that the U.S was currently facing.
In the aftermath of the Battle of Mission City, the President decided to disband Sector Seven and dispose the dead Decepticons in the Laurentian Abyss as a means to cover up the recent events. His orders were by told by Secretary of Defense Keller to the military during a press conference in Washington.
